Being the 'gan cheong' mother, mum dragged me to the clinic for some cervical cancer vaccine to be injected into my body last month. Drove to the clinic alone for my 2nd jab today..sigh, I've had 6 different jabs in 7 months, and I've got 2 more to come in the next few months.
What nonsense, pfffftttt.

Well, after having someone poke a needle into my arm, I guess I deserve a treat--> durian and green tea egg tarts!!!

Drove all the way downtown to Pavillion to grab these morsels of joy! Some like it fresh from the oven, personally I think they taste surprisingly good when they are refrigerated..aahhhh..

Neways, back to mornings tomorrow..sigh.

Well, here's the tale of how i met this lil thing. It was a bright sunny Sunday afternoon..after getting off work at 3 I decided to go on a shopping spree with mum at The Curve (coz she's jealous of her frens who got some gorgeous handbags from the weekend bazaar :p) So yeah, went with her to scout for some pretty bags at the bazaar and boy, the sun was scorching hot. To avoid being burnt like a bak kua, I literally hopped into a Nokia shop nearby, so there you go..I brought this little thing back with me at the end of the day.

And we lived happily ever after.

Well..all thanks to my 3-inch heels that my bosses made me wear..I fell from a flight of stairs and got bruises all over my legs..hur hur..

Clumsy..I know. Today I nearly tripped in front of a guest, and THANK GOD I did not embarrass myself :)

Sigh..with Malaysian International Gourmet Festival, Christmas and New Year coming up, theres gonna be tonnes of info to remember, stuff to do, things to follow up..gonna be busy busy busy..

Anyways..gonna fly off in Nov to Yogyakarta for a weekend escapade with mummy just to relax and spend money..hehhe. Woohoohoo..off day tomorrow.. XD XD XD

Its been 3 weeks since I started working in my current hotel..and I'm seriously loaded with TONNES of information to memorize! I KID U NOT!

From the material of the flooring to the ceiling to the designer furnitures to the Red Ferrari LG refrigerator to the 65-inch Hitachi Plasma TV to the LCD projectors to the super high tech toilets to the changeable lights to the plasma screen to the interactive kitchen to the Narumi crockeries to the Sasafras timber used on the walls to the operating hours of all outlets to the times of all the bands playing to the food they're serving to the prices of all promos or meal times to the dress code to the P&P to the phone extensions to the password of our systems to the names of all the (&*^*) bosses to the names of guests to the ways of handling the various systems to the procedures to the verbiage to use to the bla bla bla bla bla...

Having said that, its been rather exciting so far.. I've managed to pick up pretty fast(all thanks to my experience of working in a hotel and handling those crazy computer systems)..met some pretty nice ppl and of course some human beings who are just a pain to work with. Go take more leave la u all..

Oh well.

On a lighter note.. :p

Just got my first paycheck..YAY!!!! haha..can't believe they're paying me such an amount for two weeks of TRAINING (with 4 days of sitting in a room listening plus 2 off days). I likey my job :)

Oh oh..I'm handling Zeta Bar on Saturday night, weee...and I'm not even 21 yet :) :)
So cool.

No plans for my off day tomorrow..hopefully I'm going on a shopping spreeee..

I need to write up something! and I can't do it at home coz there's just too much distraction (hehe). So here I am in Frappucino Wonderland enjoying my java boost. The thing is, after I've done arranging my mental playlist while I'm on my way here, I realised that I've forgot to pack my headphones!!! Arggghh!! How to listen to Coldplay? How to listen to Michael Buble? How to listen to David Cook?? Terpaksa listen to some jazzy stuff Starbucks is playing. Hmph. And the connection is soo soo slow! Streamyx sucks! Big time!

ANYWAYS..gotta go collect my offer letter tomorrow morning (10am, how to wake up??) so that I can start work on Monday. Sigh. My holiday is gonna end officially in 3 days time. Wish me luck!

Okie dokes, time to get back to something I've promised someone from afar.
